🫒 Creamy Green Olive Dip
Ingredients

1 cup green olives, pitted and finely chopped

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup mayonnaise

1–2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive brine (from the jar)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped (optional, for color)

1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional)

Black pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of chili flakes or paprika
Instructions

Mix the base
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. -
Add flavor
Stir in garlic, olive brine, and olive oil. -
Fold in olives
Add chopped green olives, red pepper, and herbs. Mix well. -
Season
Add black pepper and optional chili flakes or paprika. -
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
