🫒 Creamy Green Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green olives, pitted and finely chopped

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive brine (from the jar)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped (optional, for color)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional)

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or paprika


Instructions

  1. Mix the base
    In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.

  2. Add flavor
    Stir in garlic, olive brine, and olive oil.

  3. Fold in olives
    Add chopped green olives, red pepper, and herbs. Mix well.

  4. Season
    Add black pepper and optional chili flakes or paprika.

  5. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
