Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- 3Â Â eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- Spring onions
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- Black pepper, dried garlic, salt
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- First, cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Then bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Now add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water and let them cook for 5 minutes.
- Then drain it well.
Next, beat the 3 eggs in a bowl. Cut the 2 tomatoes into cubes. - Then heat some vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Then add the cauliflower florets to the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Now in a small bowl mix the sour cream with black pepper, dried garlic and salt.
- Then pour this mixture over the cauliflower in the pan.
- Add the diced tomatoes and chopped spring onions.
- Now cook everything over low heat for about 15 minutes until the sauce is well mixed and the cauliflower is infused with flavor.
- Garnish with fresh herbs as desired and serve.
