My little cousin calls this “grown-up pudding,” but honestly? It’s the easiest way to crush a sweet craving without wrecking your points. It’s thick, creamy, and feels like something you shouldn’t be allowed to eat on W-W — but you totally can.

🧁 Ingredients (Makes 6 servings — 2–3 points each)

I kept the creaminess but lightened all the heavy stuff:

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (instead of the block of cream cheese)
  • ½ cup light or fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet sugar-free pudding mix (cheesecake, vanilla, or chocolate — all work!)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener, optional (if you like it sweeter)

Optional toppings (adds ~1 point):

  • A little Reddi-wip Fat Free
  • 1 chopped strawberry

🍓 Instructions

  1. Beat the yogurt and light cream cheese together until super smooth.
  2. Add the pudding mix and sweetener.
  3. Slowly pour in the almond milk and water while blending (so it doesn’t splash everywhere!).
  4. Mix for 2–3 minutes until thick, creamy, and fluffy.
  5. Divide into 6 dessert cups and chill for at least 30 minutes.

💛 W-W Points (Current Unified System)

  • Without toppings: 2–3 points per serving
  • With Reddi-wip + 1 strawberry: Add 1 point
