Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3Â garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter (optional; can skip or use light butter to reduce points)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Place steak cubes in the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the steak.
- Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours until tender.
- Stir in butter at the end (optional) for richness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
