Ingredients (LOWEST POINT VERSION)

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (PB2)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (real, not powdered – gives richness)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
    (Optional) 1–2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (adds points)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together:
    • Greek yogurt
    • PB2
    • peanut butter
    • sugar-free syrup
    • vanilla
    • salt
  2. Stir until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Line a small dish (like 4×4 or 5×5) with parchment paper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly.
  5. Freeze 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Slice into 16 small squares.

Points

  • Made as written: ~1 point per piece (16 pieces)
  • If you remove the real peanut butter and use only PB2 → almost 0–point fudge, but texture becomes less creamy.
