Ingredients (LOWEST POINT VERSION)
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (PB2)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (real, not powdered – gives richness)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
(Optional) 1–2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (adds points)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together:
- Greek yogurt
- PB2
- peanut butter
- sugar-free syrup
- vanilla
- salt
- Stir until completely smooth and creamy.
- Line a small dish (like 4×4 or 5×5) with parchment paper.
- Spread mixture evenly.
- Freeze 2–3 hours until firm.
- Slice into 16 small squares.
Points
- Made as written: ~1 point per piece (16 pieces)
- If you remove the real peanut butter and use only PB2 → almost 0–point fudge, but texture becomes less creamy.
