Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni cut into smaller pieces)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Warm marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or melted butter.

  2. Cut the Dough: Remove the biscuit dough from the cans and cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.

  3. Season the Butter: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  4. Coat and Layer: Toss half of the dough pieces into the melted butter mixture until coated. Place them into the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella, half of the Parmesan cheese, and half of the pepperoni slices over the layer of dough.

  5. Repeat Layers: Toss the remaining dough pieces in any remaining butter mixture and add them to the pan. Layer the rest of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices on top.

  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown, puffed, and fully baked through, and the cheese is bubbly. (If the top browns too quickly, tent it loosely with aluminum foil halfway through).

  7. Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes to help it set. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter. Place a small bowl of warm marinara sauce right into the center hole of the ring for dipping!
