Step-by-Step Instructions

Prep the Chicken:

Place the chicken cutlets between sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even ¼-inch thickness using a meat mallet.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Make the Filling:

In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese (or ricotta), half of the shredded cheese, and the steamed chopped broccoli.

Roll the Chicken:

Spoon an equal portion of the broccoli-cheese mixture onto the lower end of each chicken cutlet.

Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure the ends with toothpicks if needed.

Option A (Skillet & Bake): Sear the rolls in an oven-safe skillet with a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Option B (Bake only): Place the rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
