Air fried corn on the cob

If you’ve never air fried corn on the cob, now’s the time to start. Perfect roasted corn in just a few minutes! Serve it alongside other favorites like Amish macaroni salad, baked pork chops, and lemon raspberry cupcakes.

Ingredients

Corn – On the cob. Fresh is best, but you can also use frozen corn on the cob.
Oil – We are partial to olive oil, but any vegetable oil will work.
Seasonings – I typically use salt and pepper (as pictured), but feel free to mix it up with your favorite seasoning combinations.

  • 4 ears of corn
  • vegetable oil we prefer olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

    1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
    2. Shuck the corn and remove all the silk. Trim the ends of the ears of corn, if desired.
    3. Spray or brush the corn with a light layer of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    4. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, turning once after 5 minutes.
