- One package of yellow cake mix
- Replace the water with pineapple juice.
- One egg
- 11 pineapple rings in a can
- Eleven maraschino cherry
- 11 tsp butter or margarine (one ramekin per person)
- Twenty-two tablespoons of brown sugar (two tablespoons for each ramekin)

- Follow the instructions on the box to prepare the cake mix, but replace water with pineapple juice. After the batter has been combined, grease the ramekin and add one tablespoon of melted butter to the bottom. Add two tablespoons on top. Put a piece of pineapple, some brown sugar, and a marachino cherry in the centre. Fill the ramekin with cake batter, then bake.
- There are two in each drawer of my Air Fryer Ninja 2. So, four at a time, baked. Baked these for about 16 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- I use glassware ramekins and Corningware casserole plates in my air fryer. My AF can’t fit into my Pyrex dishes, but I would definitely use them if they were smaller.
