INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 bananas
  2. ¼ cup chocolate chips mini
  3. ¼ cup marshmallows mini
  4. 1 sheet graham cracker crushed and crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Take a sheet of aluminum foil and shape it around the bottom or edges of each banana without covering the top.
  • Cut a slit in the top of the banana, pulling the peel slightly open. Fill each banana with chocolate chips, and then top with marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
  • Place in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350 degrees F for 4-6 minutes.

Variations:

Add Greek yogurt – You can add a dollop of yogurt on top of the melted marshmallows and semisweet chocolate chips for a burst of flavor and health. This is a great way to make this tasty treat even more like a classic banana split.
