1 Air Fryer
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 English muffins sliced in half, making 8 pieces
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- Optional Toppings: Such as pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, pineapple, olives, onions
INSTRUCTIONS:

Air frying four muffin halves at a time, place muffins in the air fryer, cut side up. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 2-4 minutes, until slightly crispy.

Remove muffins from the air fryer. Spread about one tablespoon of sauce onto each muffin. Top with cheese and preferred toppings.

Return to the air fryer basket and air fry again at 380 degrees F for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
NOTES:
Variations:
Turn it into a breakfast pizza – Use a whole wheat muffin, add some sausage, sprinkle cheese, and add fresh basil on top. You can easily make this a fun breakfast pizza for the whole family.
Add veggies – You can easily add green peppers, fresh tomatoes, and more! I also love adding extra sauce as well! More toppings equal more sauce!
