Air Fryer Grilled Peaches


  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (for drizzling)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Vanilla ice cream or yogurt (optional, for serving)


  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (187°C) for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the Peaches: Wash and dry the peaches. Cut them in half, and remove the pits.

  3. Drizzle with Sweetener: Place the peach halves, cut side up, in a bowl. Drizzle them with honey or maple syrup. You can also sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
  4. Air Fry the Peaches: Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Make sure they are not overcrowded, and you may need to cook them in batches. Air fry the peaches at 370°F (187°C) for about 8-10 minutes, or until they become tender and slightly caramelized. The exact time may vary depending on the size and ripeness of the peaches.
  5. Serve: Remove the grilled peaches from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. You can serve them as they are, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of yogurt for a delicious and indulgent treat.
