These are so good and the only points are the olive oil! you could use avocado cooking spray and it will be zero weight w points!

Instructions

  1. preheat oven 400
  2. wash and remove outer leaves of a cabbage head
  3. trim stem off ,
  4. cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks
  5. brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper both sides
  6. bake 30 to 40 minutes I like mine at 40 min so edges start to brown
