Carnivore Chicken Crust Pizza
Ingredients
Chicken Crust

1 lb (450g) ground chicken

1 large egg
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or other animal-based cheese)

½ tsp salt
Toppings
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella
-
3–4 slices of cooked bacon or pepperoni
-
1–2 tbsp butter or animal fat (for extra juiciness)

Optional: cooked ground beef, cooked sausage, or extra cheese
Instructions
1. Make the Chicken Crust

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, mozzarella, and salt. Mix well.

Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a thin round or rectangle, about ¼–½ inch thick.

Bake 18–20 minutes until firm and edges are lightly golden.
2. Add Toppings

Remove the crust from oven and pat off excess moisture with paper towels.

Add your toppings: mozzarella, bacon/pepperoni, and other cooked meats.

Dot with butter or animal fat if desired.
3. Bake Again

Return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are slightly golden.

Broil 1–2 minutes if you like crispy cheese edges.
4. Serve

Slice and enjoy a high-protein, zero-carb, carnivore-friendly pizza.
