📝 Ingredients
For the “Burrito Wrap” (choose ONE)
Option 1 – Egg Wrap (most common)

3 large eggs

1 tablespoon butter or beef tallow
Option 2 – Cheese Wrap (extra carnivore)

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
For the Filling

250 g (½ lb) ground beef (80/20 preferred)

3 slices bacon
-
Salt (to taste)

Black pepper (optional)

½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, skip if strict carnivore)

1–2 slices cheddar or American cheese
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Bacon

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Cook bacon until crispy.

Remove, chop into pieces, and set aside.

Leave bacon fat in the pan.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef

Add ground beef to the bacon fat.

Season with salt (and pepper if using).

Cook until browned and slightly crispy.

Drain excess fat if needed.

Add chopped bacon and mix well.

Place cheese slices on top, cover for 30–60 seconds until melted.
3️⃣ Make the Burrito Wrap

Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan on low-medium.

Pour eggs in and spread thin like a crepe.

Cook until just set (do not flip).

Slide onto a plate.
🧀 Cheese Wrap

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low.

Sprinkle cheese in a thin circle.

Cook until melted and edges are lightly golden.

Let cool slightly so it firms up.
4️⃣ Assemble the Burrito

Place cheeseburger filling in the center of the wrap.

Fold sides inward, then roll tightly into a burrito.
