Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp natural peanut butter (or powdered PB2 mixed with 1 tbsp water)
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until a thick dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten slightly.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden.
Let cool completely for a chewy, protein-packed cookie!
Tip: Add a few chopped walnuts or pecans for extra crunch and healthy fats.
