Ingredients (1–2 servings)

½–¾ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup granola or crushed graham crackers

1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1–2 tbsp blueberry sauce or jam (optional but recommended)
Optional extras

A splash of vanilla extract

A bit of lemon zest

Cream cheese (to make it more cheesecake-like)
Quick Blueberry Sauce (optional)

Add ½ cup blueberries to a small pan

Heat on low with 1 tbsp honey/sugar

Cook 3–5 minutes until juicy and thick

Let cool

If you want it sweeter, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla.

Bottom layer: granola or crushed graham crackers

Next: yogurt

Next: blueberries or blueberry sauce

Repeat layers until the jar is full

Add extra blueberries and a drizzle of sauce on top
