easy Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • ½–¾ cup fresh blueberries

  • ¼ cup granola or crushed graham crackers

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp blueberry sauce or jam (optional but recommended)

Optional extras

  • A splash of vanilla extract

  • A bit of lemon zest

  • Cream cheese (to make it more cheesecake-like)

Quick Blueberry Sauce (optional)

  1. Add ½ cup blueberries to a small pan

  2. Heat on low with 1 tbsp honey/sugar

  3. Cook 3–5 minutes until juicy and thick

  4. Let cool

Instructions

  1. Prepare yogurt

    • If you want it sweeter, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla.

  2. Layer the parfait

    • Bottom layer: granola or crushed graham crackers

    • Next: yogurt

    • Next: blueberries or blueberry sauce

    • Repeat layers until the jar is full

  3. Top it off

    • Add extra blueberries and a drizzle of sauce on top

  4. Chill or enjoy immediately

    • Tastes even better after 15–30 minutes in the fridge
