🍄 Garlic Mushroom & Broccoli Stir-Fry


🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1½ cups mushrooms (sliced)

  • 1 medium carrot (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (optional, grated)

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium if possible)

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, but tasty)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • ¼ cup water or vegetable broth

Optional toppings

  • Sesame seeds

  • Green onions


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the sauce

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Soy sauce

  • Oyster sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Cornstarch

  • Water
    Set aside.


2️⃣ Cook the vegetables

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat

  2. Add garlic (and ginger if using), cook 30 seconds

  3. Add carrots and stir-fry 2–3 minutes

  4. Add mushrooms, cook until lightly browned

  5. Add broccoli and stir well


3️⃣ Add sauce & finish

  1. Pour sauce over vegetables

  2. Stir continuously for 2–3 minutes

  3. Sauce will thicken and coat the veggies

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
