🍄 Garlic Mushroom & Broccoli Stir-Fry
🧾 Ingredients

2 cups broccoli florets

1½ cups mushrooms (sliced)

1 medium carrot (sliced)
-
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
-
3 cloves garlic (minced)
-
1 tsp fresh ginger (optional, grated)
Sauce
-
3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium if possible)
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, but tasty)
-
1 tsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp cornstarch
-
¼ cup water or vegetable broth
Optional toppings
-
Sesame seeds
-
Green onions
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the sauce
In a small bowl, mix:

Soy sauce
-
Oyster sauce
-
Sesame oil
-
Cornstarch
-
Water
Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the vegetables
-
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat

Add garlic (and ginger if using), cook 30 seconds
-
Add carrots and stir-fry 2–3 minutes
-
Add mushrooms, cook until lightly browned
-
Add broccoli and stir well
3️⃣ Add sauce & finish
-
Pour sauce over vegetables
-
Stir continuously for 2–3 minutes
-
Sauce will thicken and coat the veggies
-
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
