Greek Salad
Fresh, colorful, and bursting with Mediterranean flavor! This classic Greek salad combines crisp cucumbers, juicy cherry tomatoes, red onions, and briny olives — all topped with creamy feta cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup mixed olives
100g feta cheese (cut into cubes)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
2. Top with feta cheese cubes.
