🍪 Healthy Cookies (No Flour, No Sugar)

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (medium)

  • 1 cup rolled oats (or oat flakes – not flour)

  • ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter (no added sugar)

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional, sugar-free if possible)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mash Bananas

  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.

3️⃣ Mix Ingredients

  • Add oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.

  • Mix until fully combined.

  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.

4️⃣ Shape Cookies

  • Scoop spoonfuls onto the tray.

  • Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon (they don’t spread much).

5️⃣ Bake

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.

6️⃣ Cool & Enjoy

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
