Homemade Buffalo Chicken Dip


  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast (skinless, boneless)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce (or any buffalo sauce of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup light ranch dressing (optional, for added flavor)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • Carrot and celery sticks, for serving


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  7. Serve warm with carrot and celery sticks for dipping.
