HOMEMADE PANCAKES RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose   flour
  • 2   eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Kitchen Equipment:
Before we commence, let’s make sure you have the essential tools:

  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Griddle or frying pan
  • Spatula

Preparation:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually incorporate milk and water, stirring until well combined. Beat in salt and melted butter until achieving a smooth consistency.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan in a circular motion for even coating.
Cook for about 2 minutes or until the bottom attains a light brown hue. Gently loosen with a spatula, flip, and cook the other side. Serve promptly.
