Ingredients

    • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef 80/20
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1 Tsp. minced garlic
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tbsp. onion soup mix
    • 1/2 cup Bisquick
      2 Eggs, room temp

Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
    • In a large skillet add your ground beef, garlic, and the diced onions.
    • Cook the ground beef mixture over medium heat for several minutes, where the ground beef is browned and onions translucent.
    • Take the ground beef mixture and drain excess grease.
    • Spray a 9-inch baking dish with a non-stick baking spray.
    • Pour the beef mixture into the baking dish.
    • Add the cheddar cheese to the beef mixture, making sure to spread it evenly.
    • In a medium bowl, add the Bisquick, onion soup mix, eggs, and milk.
    • Whisk until combined. .
    • Pour the mixture over the beef, making sure to have it evenly poured. .
    • Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
      Garnish as desired.
