Ingredients:
2 large leaves of romaine or iceberg lettuce (for wrapping)
1 grilled chicken breast (cut in half or into strips)
2 fried or boiled eggs (sliced)
½ cucumber (sliced into sticks)
1 small tomato (sliced)
1 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: plastic wrap for shaping
Instructions:
1. Prepare the base: Lay out a large sheet of plastic wrap. Stack the lettuce leaves in the center, slightly overlapping.
2. Layer the fillings:
Spread mayonnaise on the lettuce.
Add sliced cucumber and tomato.
Place the grilled chicken and sliced egg on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Wrap tightly: Fold the lettuce over the fillings. Use the plastic wrap to roll it into a tight wrap, pressing gently to hold the shape.
4. Slice & Serve: Cut in half for a sandwich-style presentation. Enjoy immediately!
