🌾 No-Knead Seed Bread (Bowl-Baked)
🥣 Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp sugar or honey
-
1 packet (2¼ tsp) instant dry yeast

1 cup mixed seeds
(sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame – use what you like) -
1¼ cups warm water (not hot)

2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for softer bread)
🥄 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the dough
In a large bowl, mix:

Flour
-
Salt
-
Sugar
-
Yeast
-
Seeds
Add warm water (and olive oil if using).
Stir with a spoon until you get a sticky dough.
No kneading needed 👍
2️⃣ First rise

Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap

Let it rise 1–1½ hours, until doubled in size
3️⃣ Prepare for baking

Grease a heat-safe glass bowl or baking dish

Gently stir the dough once to release air

Transfer dough into the greased bowl

Smooth the top with a spoon
Let rest 20–30 minutes while oven heats.
4️⃣ Bake

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)

Bake 35–40 minutes
-
Top should be golden and firm
If top browns too fast, loosely cover with foil.
5️⃣ Cool & slice

Let bread cool 10–15 minutes
-
Remove from bowl
-
Slice and enjoy 🍞
