Ingredients
For the Pork Chops:

4 boneless pork chops (¾ to 1 inch thick)

2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian style)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Prepare the Coating:
In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. -
Prepare the Pork Chops:
Brush each pork chop with olive oil or butter on both sides to help the coating stick. -
Coat the Chops:
Press each chop firmly into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly. Shake off excess. -
Bake:
Place coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). -
Finish & Serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
