5 large eggs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional, classic quiche flavor)
Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish. -
Cook Vegetables
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.-
Sauté onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.

Add spinach and cook until wilted (or heated through if frozen).
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together:-

Spread the spinach mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
