Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, split in half
8 large sea scallops
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Directions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place the lobster tails, shell side down, into the skillet. Baste the lobster with the garlic butter, cooking for 5-6 minutes or until the meat turns opaque and is cooked through.
- Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sea scallops. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the scallops and lobster, then sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges for garnish.
