Tender, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth — perfect over mashed potatoes, rice, or a veggie bowl!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional; can skip or use light butter to reduce points)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place steak cubes in the crockpot.
  2. Mix soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the steak.
  3. Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours until tender.
  4. Stir in butter at the end (optional) for richness.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

💡 W-W Tip: Serve over steamed veggies or mashed cauliflower to keep it low points and high protein.
