Pineapple Angel Cake

Ingredients

  •  Angel Food Cake mix 1box
  • Canned  Pineapple Juice 20 ounces
  • Olive Oil 1tsp. It is used to grease the baking tray.

Topping

  • Frozen whipped cream 12 ounce
  • Fresh sliced pineapple

Instructions

  1. Warm the oven to 350 degrees for baking.
  2. You may bake the cake as directed in the packaging.
  3. Next, take a large mixing bowl. Add angel food cake mix and canned pineapple juice.

  4. For 3-4 minutes, blend all ingredients in a food mixer until it smooths.
  5. The cake batter is ready.
  6. Next, grease the baking tray with olive oil so the mixture won’t stick to the tray.
  7. Pour the cake mixture into this tray.
  8. For 25-20 minutes, bake the cook in an oven until its sides are brown.
  9. Once the baking is done, cool down at normal temperature.,
  10. Top it with Cool Whip, and the sliced pineapple.
Topping Ideas
  1. Top the yummy cake in different ways.
  2. This cake tastes great with your preferred brand of ice cream like coconut, vanilla, or chocolate.
  3. It pairs well with chocolate sauce, raspberry sauce, and vanilla sauce.
  4. Chopped nuts, grated coconut, fresh berries, and cherries are added as a topping.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon, or nutmeg over the cake for extra flavor and aroma.

Tips

Don’t use pineapple syrup. It will overly sweeten the cake.
You can add fresh pineapple juice instead of canned ones. Manage the sugar content accordingly.
