2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Flatbread
Ingredients :
1 cup cottage cheese
3 large eggs
Instructions :
Prepare the Batter :
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
Bake the Flatbread :
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
Pour the mixture onto the parchment and spread it evenly into a thin rectangle or circle.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
Cool & Use :
Let cool slightly before peeling off the parchment.
Cut into flatbread squares, use as a wrap, or top like pizza!
Optional Upgrades:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of garlic powder, onion powder, or Italian herbs for flavor.
Mix in 1–2 tablespoons of grated parmesan or shredded mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
