$\frac{1}{3}$ cup maple syrup or honey (optional sweetener)

Instructions

Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a mini muffin tin (or use mini paper liners).

Blend Ingredients: Add the rolled oats, cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener (if using), baking powder, and vanilla extract into a high-powered blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and the oats are fully pulverized.
