Ingredients

  • Crust:

    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

    • 2 tbsp sugar

  • Cheesecake Filling:

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

  • Strawberry Topping:

    • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

    • 1/3 cup strawberry jam or sauce (for swirling)

    • Extra crushed graham crackers for the top

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a square container or baking dish to form the crust.

  2. Whip the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until light and fluffy.

  3. Layer the Dessert: Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.

  4. Add Strawberries and Swirl: Spoon dollops of strawberry jam and fresh diced strawberries over the top. Use a butter knife or toothpick to gently swirl the jam into the cheesecake layer.

  5. Garnish: Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbles and fresh strawberries over the center.

  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set completely before scooping or slicing to serve.
