Air fry lasagna

  1. Pre-cooked lasagna noodles
  2. 1 cup ricotta cheese
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 2 cups marinara sauce
  6. 1/2 pound ground beef or Italian sausage (cooked and drained)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  8. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Olive oil for greasing

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Take your air fryer basket and lightly grease it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Start with a layer of pre-cooked lasagna noodles on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  4. Add a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture on top of the noodles, followed by a layer of cooked ground beef or sausage.
