Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Coat: In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip: Coat chicken strips in beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Air Fry: Place tenders in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil.
- Cook: Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy with honey mustard or ranch dip!
