Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Coat: In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip: Coat chicken strips in beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Air Fry: Place tenders in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil.
  5. Cook: Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy.
  6. Serve: Enjoy with honey mustard or ranch dip!
