Air Fryer Mashed Potato Cakes

Is my new favorite way to use leftover mashed potatoes.😋
Seasoned with Garlic and Parmesan, dipped in Panko, I love how they turn out crispy outer with the fluffy soft middle. Kids are obsessed 😍

Mix ingredients together, and sculpt the patty into the pancake shape (approx 1/2 inch thick). Dip the patty in panko (no eggwash needed) and airfry (air crisp) 4 min per side. YUMMO!
