1 Air Fryer
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 flour tortilla 8-inch
- 1-2 tablespoon pizza sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, pineapple, olives, onions optional toppings
INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the tortilla in the air fryer. Spread about one tablespoon of sauce onto the tortilla, then sprinkle a dash of the Italian seasonings into the sauce.

Top with cheese and preferred toppings. (If using pepperoni, add a sprinkle of cheese over them to prevent them from flying off in the air fryer. Or air fry for 1 or 2 minutes, and then add toppings into the melted cheese.)

Air fry at 380 degrees F for 2-4 minutes, until the edges are slightly crispy and the cheese has melted.
NOTES:
If adding more toppings like sausage, tomatoes, or chopped veggies, the tortilla won’t be able to hold the weight so place them on a piece of parchment paper or a small baking tray that can easily be lifted out. Light toppings such as spinach or garlic, are the best.
