Ingredients:
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cajun seasoning (to taste)
- 1 bag of frozen French fries
Instructions:
- Prepare the French Fries:

- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the French fries package.
- Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Cook the Hot Dogs:
- While the fries are baking, grill or pan-fry the hot dogs until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Prepare the Rotel Mixture:
- In a small saucepan, heat the can of Rotel over medium heat until it’s warmed through.
- Season the Rotel mixture with Cajun seasoning to taste. You can adjust the amount depending on how spicy you like it.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving dish.
- Put each grilled hot dog into a bun and place them over the Cajun fries.
- Spoon the warm Rotel mixture over the hot dogs and fries.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of everything.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately while everything is hot and the cheese is melted.
