1 tbsp milk or cream (optional)

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Vegetables

1 cup broccoli florets
-
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

1 ripe avocado (sliced)
Optional

Garlic powder or paprika
-
Fresh parsley or chives
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Cook the broccoli

Steam or boil broccoli for 3โ4 minutes until bright green

Drain and set aside
2๏ธโฃ Sautรฉ the mushrooms

Heat ยฝ tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat

Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt

Cook 5โ6 minutes until golden and soft

Set aside
3๏ธโฃ Scramble the eggs

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper

Heat remaining oil or butter in pan on lowโmedium heat

Add eggs and stir gently
-
Cook until soft and creamy (donโt overcook)
4๏ธโฃ Assemble the bowl

Add scrambled eggs to the plate

Arrange broccoli, mushrooms, and avocado on the side

Sprinkle black pepper and herbs on top
