🥗 Breakfast Egg & Veggie Bowl
🧾 Ingredients

3–4 eggs

1 tbsp milk or cream (optional)

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Vegetables

1 cup broccoli florets
-
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
-
1 ripe avocado (sliced)
Optional
-
Garlic powder or paprika
-
Fresh parsley or chives
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the broccoli

Steam or boil broccoli for 3–4 minutes until bright green

Drain and set aside
2️⃣ Sauté the mushrooms

Heat ½ tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat

Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt

Cook 5–6 minutes until golden and soft

Set aside
3️⃣ Scramble the eggs

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper
-
Heat remaining oil or butter in pan on low–medium heat
-
Add eggs and stir gently
-
Cook until soft and creamy (don’t overcook)
4️⃣ Assemble the bowl
-
Add scrambled eggs to the plate
-
Arrange broccoli, mushrooms, and avocado on the side
-
Sprinkle black pepper and herbs on top
