Breakfast Popsicles

Ingredients:

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey (optional)

 Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey if using.
Layer the popsicle molds with yogurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, and granola. Alternate layers until the molds are filled.
Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
