Chewy Snickers Brownies

Brownie mix:

  1. 115g (½ cup) melted unsalted butter
  2. One cup of granulated sugar (200g)
  3. Two huge eggs
  4. One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  5. Forty grams (⅓ cup) of unsweetened cocoa powder
  6. One cup of all-purpose flour (125g)
  7. Half a teaspoon of salt
  8. Half a teaspoon of baking powder

For the topping of Snickers:

  1. Four to six small Snickers bars, chopped (or more, depending on your taste)
  2. 120ml, or ½ cup, of sweetened condensed milk
  3. 90g, or half a cup, of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Set the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it.

Make the batter for the brownies:

  • Melt the butter and add the granulated sugar to a large bowl. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
  • Stir in the eggs and vanilla essence until well combined.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones a little at a time, stirring just until incorporated.

Make the brownies:

Put the topping on:
