Chicken Tender

Equipment

  • Small mixing Bowl
  • Baking Tray
  • Air Fryer Basket

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour, 4 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken Tenderloins 1 Pound
  • Breadcrumbs 1/2cup
  • Dried Parsley 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper 1/4tsp
  • Onion Powder 1/4tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1/4tsp
  • Cooking Oil Spray
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Eggs 2

Preparation of Honey Mustard Dip

  • Honey Mustard 2tbsp
  • Low-fat mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
  • Warm water, 2-3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Add black pepper, cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, salt, and onion powder in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Combine all items until they mix well. Set aside bowl.
  3. Beat the egg in another bowl and reserve it.
  4. Add flour and paprika in a bowl and mix it well. Set aside this bowl.
  5. First, dip the chicken strips in flour, soak them with beaten eggs, and coat them with breadcrumbs.
  6. Coat all chicken strips using the same procedure.

Oven

  1. First, set the oven temperature to 400 degrees to bake chicken tenders.
  2. Drizzle cooking spray over the baking tray.
  3. Place coated chicken strips on this tray.
  4. Bake it for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  5. Eat the chicken tenders with homemade tasty honey mustard dip.

Air Fryer

  1. Preheat the air fryer temperature to 390 degrees.
  2. Shift chicken strips in an air fryer basket. Cook it for about 10–15 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes, flip each side so the chicken cooks properly.
  4. Enjoy the tasty dish with sauce.

Preparation of Honey Mustard Dip

  1. Add honey mustard, warm water, and light mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients. The creamy sauce is ready.
  3. Serve with chicken tenders.
