Creamy Cucumber Salad with Dill and Red Onion


  • 3 medium-sized Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium-sized Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers and red onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together fat-free Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and red onions. Toss the salad until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with additional dill before serving, if desired.
