Ingredients:

  1. 500 ml Milk 🥛
  2. 2 Eggs 🥚
  3. 125 ml Water 💧
  4. 2 tsp Salt 🧂
  5. 220 g Flour 🍞
  6. Vegetable oil for frying 🌱
  7. 500 g Minced meat 🥩
  8. 1 Onion 🧅
  9. 1/2 Bell pepper 🌶️
  10. 2 cloves Garlic 🧄
  11. 1 tsp Oregano 🌿
  12. Salt and pepper to taste 🧂🌶️
  13. 2 tbsp Tomato paste 🍅

Instructions:

  1. For the crepes, combine milk, eggs, water, salt, and flour.
  2. Deep-fry crepes using oil. Put aside.
  3. Minced beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper should all be sautéed.
  4. Tomato paste is added. Simmer until the mixture is thick.
  5. Prepare the sauce: Add milk, nutmeg, flour, and salt to melted butter.
  6. Place the meat mixture and crepes in layers, then top with cheese and sauce.
  7. Layers should be repeated.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
