Ingredient
Use a low-carb crescent roll dough, such as this Low Carb Crescent Roll Dough
You will need about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, which has 4 points per 1/4 cup
You will need about 1/4 cup of sugar substitute, which has zero points
Use sugar-free corn syrup, such as this Sugar-Free Corn that has zero points per 1/4 cup

instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9×13-inch pan. Firmly press perforations to seal. Bake 8 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar substitute, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and egg until well blended. Stir in the walnuts.
  • Pour the filling over the partially baked crust and spread evenly. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes longer or until golden brown.
  • Cool completely, about 1 hour, and cut into bars. Enjoy
