Instructions

Make the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, then roll into bite-sized meatballs.

Cook the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).
