High-Protein Chocolate Fudge Protein Frosty

This High-Protein Chocolate Fudge Protein Frosty is thick, creamy, chocolatey, and perfect when you’re craving a cold dessert with extra protein. It uses simple ingredients and blends into a rich, frosty treat that feels indulgent without needing traditional ice cream.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1–1½ cups ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter, optional
  • 1–2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener, optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, frozen banana, vanilla, and salt to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing the speed until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Add the ice gradually and continue blending until thick and frosty.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of almond milk. If it is too thin, add a few more ice cubes.
  5. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  6. Blend for another 20–30 seconds until completely creamy.
  7. Spoon the frosty into a chilled glass or bowl.
  8. Add optional toppings such as light whipped topping, cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips, or powdered peanut butter.
  9. Serve immediately for the thickest, frosty texture.

⭐ Tips

For an extra-rich chocolate flavor, use a good-quality unsweetened cocoa powder. The frozen banana adds natural sweetness and helps create a creamy texture.

For a thicker Frosty, use less milk and more ice. A high-powered blender works best because the mixture becomes quite thick.

🍫 Topping Ideas

Try light whipped cream, sugar-free chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, strawberries, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter.
