Home Made BLT Wraps (3 Smart/Points)


For the BLT Wrap:

  • 4 large lettuce leaves (such as iceberg or Romaine)
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise (or a low-fat mayonnaise alternative)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


1. Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the light mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. This will be your dressing for the BLT wraps.

2. Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay out a lettuce leaf and spread a portion of the mayo-Dijon dressing over it.
  • Place 2 slices of crispy turkey bacon on top of the dressing.
  • Add a few slices of tomato.
  • Sprinkle with shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of the lettuce leaf and roll it up tightly, securing it with toothpicks if needed. Repeat this process for the remaining wraps.

3. Serve:

  • Serve your W/W BLT Wraps immediately.
