Instructions:
- Prepare Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off excess.
- Cook Chicken:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices if desired. Serve the chicken piccata over a bed of cooked whole grains or vegetables.
