- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat an enormous skillet over medium-high intensity. Cook and mix hamburger with garlic and onion powder until seared and brittle, 5 to 7 minutes. Channel and dispose of oil.
- Spread hamburger onto the lower part of a 9×13-inch dish container. Mix in bacon pieces.
- Whisk eggs, weighty cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until very much consolidated. Mix in 8 ounces cheddar.
Pour egg blend over the meat and bacon. Top with the leftover 4 ounces cheddar. - Prepare in the preheated stove until brilliant brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.
